We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address when contacting us and your name, email address, company, role, attendance preferences and other information submitted when registering for an event. Required registration fields are necessary to process your registration; without them, we may be unable to register you.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, administer events, manage attendance and security, send confirmations and essential event updates, provide event materials and comply with legal obligations. We rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our website and events, legal obligations where applicable, and consent where required.
We may share the minimum necessary information with co-organisers, venues, registration platforms and other service providers helping deliver an event. Providers acting on our behalf may not use it for their own marketing. We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it with third parties for their own marketing, unless you provide separate optional consent and those third parties are identified when you register.
Where you provide that consent, we may share your name, work email address, company and role with the Event Partners named on the registration page so they may email you about relevant products, services and future events. Each partner is responsible for its subsequent use of your information under its own privacy notice. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Photography, video or audio recording may take place at our events for event communication, documentation and promotion across digital and print channels. We generally rely on our legitimate interests, balanced against attendees' privacy rights. We will provide advance notice or event signage and a reasonable way to request not to be deliberately photographed. Additional permission may be requested for featured interviews, testimonials or staged portraits.
We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with our site and to improve its performance.
